This piece is unapologetically bold, graphic and playful, but the polished red satin-style straps and gold-tone hardware keep it from reading like a novelty costume. The entire design is organised around one repeated symbol: the heart.
The customer notices the heart-shaped bust panels first. They are covered in closely arranged red sequins that catch the light differently from the surrounding satin-style straps. Because the rest of the upper piece is intentionally open, those hearts become the dominant visual feature rather than simply another decoration.
The bust design is the statement
The upper piece is constructed more like a body-framing harness than a conventional bra.
Two sequinned hearts sit over the bust and are surrounded by curved red straps that outline the cup area. Wider shoulder bands rise vertically, while finer straps cross through the décolletage and around the neck.
This creates several layers of geometry at once:

The customer sees an almost triangular composition:
two hearts across the bust → one heart through the lower centre.
That gives the outfit strong symmetry and helps organise what is otherwise a very strap-heavy design.
The high-cut brief keeps the structure balanced
The brief itself is comparatively simple.
Its solid red centre panel provides a visual resting point among the sequins, rings and multiple surrounding straps.
That was the right choice.
If the brief were also fully sequinned, there would be too many competing surfaces. Instead, the eye remains focused on the heart details and body-framing architecture around it.
The long garter lines extend the silhouette
Broad vertical straps descend from the waist toward the thighs, where they connect with matching bands.
These lines elongate the overall composition and stop the design from finishing abruptly around the hips.
Combined with the high-cut brief and open strapwork, they visually lengthen the lower body.
