We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to guide you through the next step.
7 Days From Delivery
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and tags.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection. A 25% restocking fee applies to the product value. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Processing Time
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Banks may take 10–15 business days to reflect the funds.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Final Sale
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Approval
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions along with an RMA number. Returns sent without approval may be delayed or rejected.
